Apparently it's very good quality I 've been using it for uber exercise at home. The bands would have a little more resistance. It is generally a good product for the price. The only catch I put is that the harness used to stop the bands at the door is very fragile, it does not create confidence that it will hold, I would improve it harness!

The seams are poorly sewn, the threads on the fasteners broke, stitched by hand.
